Currently, Raluca Georgescu leads a team of senior online marketing specialists at the full-service digital marketing agency MTH Digital, where she and her team implement online marketing campaigns for hundreds of clients, managing budgets exceeding 10 million EUR annually. She is also a digital marketing and e-commerce trainer at GPeC, Entrepreneurship Academy, SNSPA, and Harbour Space.

Raluca's mission to inspire people and her leadership skills have brought her professional success and motivated her to share her knowledge. She is a speaker at top digital marketing and e-commerce events in Romania and Europe, including PPC Hero Conf London, PPC Live UK, E-Commerce Summit, GPeC SUMMIT, Webstock, and Digital Marketing Forum.

In the past, Raluca launched OLX and Answear on the Romanian market and brought them to the top of the best companies in their market segments. Due to her remarkable results, Raluca was ranked 1st in the top digital marketing specialists by Whitepress and in the top women in e-commerce by EcomIdeas. She also received the CONAF award for the best marketing campaign, "Girl Power" for Answear.ro, as well as the CEOs Gala and Kudika Good Vibes Gala awards for her results as CEO of Answear.ro.

As a trainer, Raluca has introduced over 8,000 students from Romania, Europe, and Asia to the world of online marketing and e-commerce.

A graduate of Automation and Computers at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and the Romanian-Canadian Executive MBA, Raluca uses her passion for numbers, knowledge, expertise, and focus on strategy to connect brands with their ideal audience and guide them to achieve their desired results.
