With an extensive background in digital marketing and e-commerce of more than 18 years, Raluca is deeply involved in the education and growth of digital businesses in Central and Eastern Europe.

She is the Country Manager of the Answear Romania multi-brand fashion online shop ever since its launch in 2015. In 2017, Raluca also founded MTH Digital - a full-service digital marketing team that now has 100+ clients and 30+ specialists.

Raluca is also an international digital marketing trainer, covering topics such as digital marketing strategy, digital marketing campaigns, email marketing and social media.
